What happens when two events unfold in proximity, yet remain untethered? Interweaving Parallels brings together dance artists Chu Chin-Ching and Cheung Wai-Yin, and sound artists Liz Wong Wai-Ching and Sun Yizhou, who each propose performative tasks rooted in the idea of intimacy. Their actions are not choreographed to align, nor meant to intersect — yet by inhabiting the same temporal space, they begin to resonate across invisible lines.
Interweaving Parallels does not seek direct dialogue, but attunement. Each task exists as a strand — distinct, autonomous — and yet, through simultaneity, a third texture emerges: a subtle entanglement that arises only in the act of witnessing — a loom through which parallel threads are layered, perceived, and momentarily woven.

當彼此不相關的事件在相近的時空中發生,它們會怎樣互相指涉?Interweaving Parallels邀請舞蹈藝術家朱芊菁與張瑋彥,以及聲音藝術家黃暐晴與孫一舟,各自提出圍繞「親密(Intimacy)」的表演行動;行動之間並非為了同步,也不刻意相互交集—然而,在共享的時空中,行動之間跨越了自身意義的藩籬。
Interweaving Parallels並非直接對話,而是尋求「共鳴」。每個行動都是獨立的線索—彼此獨立、自主存在—但正因為同時發生,與觀者的在場,微妙的纏繞悄然浮現。觀眾的主觀視覺,讓這些平行的線索被層疊、感知,並短暫地在時空中交織。
